按下遥控器上的输送带启动按钮，输送带开始运行。输送带将纸板或其他材料推入输送口，输送带会将材料送入打包入口。
步骤 5
当纸板或其他材料到达位置后，按下遥控器上的压缩按钮。红色警告灯闪烁。压头自动后退，按压前停止。当压缩开始后，压头移动到一定位置时不会停止，自动返回位置，返回时以1秒的频率发出警报。此时，机械臂会自动升起，按遥控器上的机械臂按钮放松机械臂。再次启动压缩，直到正常且无警报。对于手动机械臂类型，用千斤顶夹紧两侧的机械臂，两侧螺钉以相等距离旋转进入。再次启动压缩，直到正常且无警报。
步骤 6
重复步骤4，直到达到所需的包装长度，按住遥控器上的包装按钮2秒。之后，设备会自动启动。当压紧头前进到前部打包位置时停止。到位后，警报器会以3秒的频率发出警报。
步骤 7
按下遥控器上的穿线按钮，穿线机会自动穿好铁丝或塑料绳。完成后，穿线机会自动返回原位。
步骤 8
切断打结的铁丝或绳索，包装过程将结束。
步骤 9
Repeat the above steps 4-8. The outlet of the commercial cardboard compactor will push out the materials one by one. Use a car or forklift to move the finished package to a suitable place and arrange it neatly.
步骤 10
工作完成后，按下遥控器系统停止按钮。取下磁性开关。按下电控箱的紧急停止开关。关闭商业纸板压缩机的总电源故障自动诊断和自动显示按钮，以提高检测效率。
