To solve the client’s density and logistics issues, we recommended our metal baler. This machine is engineered for high-efficiency compaction. The system features a large compression chamber that can accept bulky scrap, which is then squeezed by a powerful main cylinder and side cylinders.
We selected a “side push-out” model for the client, which safely ejects the finished bale onto a conveyor or forklift path. This waste metal recycling equipment transforms messy scrap heaps into neat rectangular blocks (e.g., 300mm x 300mm), making storage and handling significantly easier.
