Step 1
Before starting the commercial cardboard compactor, check whether the appearance of the cardboard baler is abnormal and whether there are potential safety hazards around. Check whether the iron wire or plastic rope is sufficient. After confirming that it is normal, turn on the main air switch of the distribution box, and unscrew it to pop up the emergency stop button. The power indicator light of the electric control box is on.
Step 2
The remote control local gear selection switch is turned to the remote control gear.
Step 3
Put the upper magnetic switch of the remote control into the card slot. Press the system start button on the remote control twice, and the siren will stop after 10 seconds to warn that the equipment is ready to run, and the red warning light will always be on.
Step 4
Press the conveyor belt start button on the remote control, and the conveyor belt will run. The conveyor belt pushes the cardboard or other material into the conveyor belt inlet, and the conveyor belt will bring the material into the baling inlet.
Step 5
After the cardboard or other materials arrive at the position, press the compression button on the remote control. Then the red warning light flashed. The indenter automatically retreats and stops when it is pressed forward. If the pressure head moves forward to a certain position after the compression is started, it will not stop without stopping, and it will automatically return to the position after tens of seconds, and the siren will alarm at a frequency of 1 second when returning. At this time, the arm type is automatically reported, and the arm is loosened by pressing the arm on the remote control to loosen the arm. Start the compression again until it is normal and no longer alarms. For the manual arm type, use a jack to press both sides of the arm, and the screws on both sides are rotated at equal distances to enter some. Start the compression again until it is normal and there is no alarm.
Step 6
Repeat step 4 until the desired packing length is reached, press and hold the packing button on the remote control for 2 seconds. After that, the device will start automatically. Stop when the pressing head advances to the front bale position. When in place, the siren will give an alarm at a frequency of 3 seconds.
Step 7
Press the threading button on the remote control, and the threading machine will automatically thread the iron wire or plastic rope. After completion, the wire threading machine automatically returns to its original position.
Step 8
Cut off the knotted iron wire or rope, and the packing process will end.
Step 9
Repeat the above steps 4-8. The outlet of the commercial cardboard compactor will push out the materials one by one. Use a car or forklift to move the finished package to a suitable place and arrange it neatly.
Step 10
After the work is finished, press the remote control system stop button. Take off the magnetic switch. Press the emergency stop switch of the electric control box. Turn off the automatic diagnosis of the total power failure of the commercial cardboard compactor and the automatic display button to improve the detection efficiency.
