For most project managers, this scrap is a headache: it takes up space, looks unsightly, and ultimately gets sold as scrap metal at rock-bottom prices.<\/p>    <p>\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u6211\u544a\u8bc9\u4f60\u8fd9\u4e2a\u770b\u4f3c\u6beb\u65e0\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u5e9f\u6599\u5176\u5b9e\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c1a\u672a\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u91d1\u77ff\u7b49\u5f85\u6316\u6398\u5462\uff1f\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u63ed\u793a\u4e00\u79cd\u8ba9\u77f3\u5934\u53d8\u6210\u9ec4\u91d1\u7684\u70bc\u91d1\u672f\uff0c\u6838\u5fc3\u5de5\u5177\u662f\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u94a2\u7b4b\u77eb\u76f4\u673a\u3002<\/p>
