How Does the Dry Ice Pellet Machine Work?
The pelletizing process includes four steps.
Step 1: Liquid CO₂ Expansion
Liquid carbon dioxide rapidly expands inside the chamber and transforms into dry ice snow.
Step 2: Dry Ice Snow Collection
Dry ice snow accumulates inside the extrusion chamber.
Step 3: Pellet Extrusion
The hydraulic system compresses dry ice snow and pushes it through the extrusion die.
Uniform pellets are continuously discharged.
Step 4: Collection and Storage
Finished pellets can be packed immediately or supplied directly to dry ice blasting equipment.
